You can accept your offer of admission by following the link in your letter of admission.

Please note: You have been accepted for the academic plan and the semester indicated in your acceptance message. You have been admitted for a particular semester and only for that semester.

Set up Your NYU Account

Your acceptance letter contains your NetID, a unique alphanumeric code assigned to you by NYU; i.e., xyz123.聽 Your NetID is different from your University ID number (an 8-digit number preceded by the letter N; for example, N12345678).

Your NetID provides access to authorized NYU online services and applications via desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices, including end user devices such as laptops. Your NetID is also used to create your default NYU email address (i.e. [email protected]).

University offices, including Admissions, Financial Aid, the Bursar, Housing, and Student Affairs, will communicate with you ONLY via your NYU Email account. It is imperative that you check your NYU Email account on a regular basis.聽
